CB, what the use of delegating work when people can't work

sometimes I wonder if I'm lousy at managing people or the people in question really do suck.

i found some people collect money for doing as little as possible...

these people hang around and when you give them work, they'll screw it up so that you'll end up doing the work which you'd delegate to them...

they then go home at 5:30pm while you slog at it because you are hamstrung by this thing called "responsibility"
